job Description
Know our product : LV drive , MV drive , and SMC product
Perform and coordinate the root cause failure analysis using effective quality engineering tools and systems such as 8D (Eight Disciplines) to identify product quality issues and effectively communicate resolution to RA Field. Sustain and improve customer experience via quality and reliability of products and solutions
Ensuring the quality of engineering services / solutions provided globally to the customers.
Collect and do statistical data analysis on warranty cost, Drive cross functional teams for warranty cost reduction.
Support global Stop Production/Hold Shipment orders and follow to complete
Interface with engineering groups ,customers and suppliers on quality related issues
Achieve quality goals and improve quality metrics.
All activities and decision making must meet the quality requirements communicated by the company policies and procedures, customer expectations and requirements, and appropriate governmental agencies, such as ISO regulations.

Review and monitor the warranty cost
Support global Stop Production/Hold Shipment orders and follow to complete
Utilize QIS to access key information on manufacturing yields, defects, audits, and PSR information.
Must be able to use a variety of quality engineering analytical tools such as Lean Six Sigma and
problem solving techniques such as 8 Disciplines (8D) to assure the early identification of root cause and preventive solution of potential problems with current and new products, solutions, applications, and reliability
